Sexual Assault Crisis Centres

Legal Advice Options, Human Rights Commissions and Tribunals Across Canada

If a complaint of sexual harassment is dealt with inadequately by an employer, a target can file a formal complaint with their provincial or territorial Human Rights Commission or Tribunal as per the list and contact below.

Most commissions have online forms to file a complaint and in most cases, legal assistance is not required but there are resources listed for each province if it is needed.
