Respect@Work - Australia Focussed
The Respect@Work website was developed in response to recommendation 48 of the National Inquiry into Sexual Harassment in Australian Workplaces and is an initiative of the Australian Human Rights Commission and the Respect@Work Council.
The Respect@Work website brings together a comprehensive set of resources to support individuals and organisations to better understand, prevent and address workplace sexual harassment.
On the website you will find information, videos, advice, good practice guides, education and training programs and workplace-assessment tools.
Speak Out Revolution is an award winning not-for-profit, founded in 2020, on a mission to cancel the culture of silence on harassment and bullying in our workplaces.
Our approach is simple.
We empower targets of workplace harassment and bullying to anonymously share their story using the Speak Out Survey.
We collate stories in the Speak Out Dashboard so everyone can advocate for change using data driven insights.
Respect in the Workplace is a 90-minute online interactive training program designed to provide organizations with a cost-effective tool to empower your team with the skills to prevent bullying, abuse, harassment, and discrimination (BAHD). We like to think it’s about improving culture, first and foremost. The secondary benefit is organizational risk and liability reduction.
